4th Do Diet Drinks: It may sound like the answer to your exercise routine, but it is not. Research shows that diet drinks do not have much to do with weight loss. We believe that we can save on calories, but experts believe that these drinks can actually create more junk-food cravings. One study also found that diet sodas can cause many in the week leading to obesity, stroke, and heart disease.

How to fix: Replace these drinks with green tea is rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals, and other assistance immunity. You can also use vegetable juice or a cold glass of skim milk.

5th Set Realistic Goals: Most people who want to quickly lose weight may even try extreme diets that do more harm than benefit. Remember that losing weight takes effort, a plan that can be achieved.
